The IDP and Budget participation process allows the residents of Nelson Mandela Bay a vital opportunity to directly consult with and influence the Municipality on key service delivery processes taking place right there in their Wards and how the Municipal budget is spent. Groups 6, 7 will be switched on at 09H00; geysers will remain off until 10H00.
From 10H00 to 12H30, Groups 1, 2 will be switched off; Groups 3, 4 from 12H00 to 14H30; Groups 5, 6 from 14H00 to 16H30; Groups 7, 8 from 16H00 to 18H30; geysers, Group 2 from 18H00 to 20H30; Groups 3, 4 from 20H00 to 22H30; Groups 5, 8 from 22H00 to 02H30.
